PIZZA AND SALTY CAKES
Saturday June 13th
After a brief theoretical lesson you will realize the Italian classic pizza, from the several Italian regions' receipes. At the end you will taste your own product and eat it during your supper, if well done!

JAMS AND FRUIT PRESERVES
Saturday July 4th
After a brief theoretical lesson you will start making jams, marmalades, fruit and vegetables preserves. At the end of the lesson each participant will take home his own made jars.

GNOCCHI AND FETTUCCINE Date to be fixed
After a brief theoretical lesson you will make pasta according to the traditional method. At the end you will taste your product, dresssed with our typical local sauces.
