The Villa
The 600m² villa hosts 5 king-size bedrooms with en suite bathroom, TV, DVD player, mini fridge, fan.
The living area includes a spacious living-room and a verandah-hobby. Internal dining area up to twenty sits with equipped bar. The external wide terrace faces the valley and holds other eight tables, with two big barbecues.
Two large-rooms as a kitchen, with the most professional equipment and every kind of appliance. Another room looks at the kitchen, with a table up to eight sits and a big fireplace. Laundry area adjacent to the kitchen with washing and dryer machines.
Garden and swimming-pool.

Da esparto di comunicazione debbo dire che “I Ginepri” comunicano molto bene. Quel “lontano dai luoghi comuni” è quasi un aforisma. Rallegramenti vivissimi e auguri, sperando in un incontro la prossima estate, quando mi rifugerò a Monte Rubiaglio.
